Prices of Student Residences Murcia - Course 26/27

If you are interested in staying with us, you will have to make a reservation of 300 €. In case of signing the contract it is considered part of the deposit to be handed over at the signing of the rental contract, please ENQUIRE WITH NO COMMITMENT!

Clarifications:

• Electricity consumption will be regularised if there is an excess of more than 10% of the total billed.
• Prices include VAT.

Method of payment: Direct debit for monthly payments in advance. For other payment methods, please consult us.

Deposit: It is two months' rent (excluding utilities) of the chosen option (accommodation only, half board or full board).
 
Contract: To live in the Campus Residence Hall, a rental contract must be signed.
