Prices of Student Residences Murcia

If you are interested in staying with us, you will have to make a reservation of 300 €. In case of signing the contract it is considered part of the deposit to be handed over at the signing of the rental contract, please ENQUIRE WITH NO COMMITMENT!

Clarifications:

• The prices include the cost of supplies, which are calculated according to the actual consumption of our rooms. This amount will be regularized in the case of an excess of more than 10% of the billed amount.
• Prices include VAT.

Method of payment: Direct debit for monthly payments in advance. For other payment methods, please consult us.

Deposit: Two monthly payments.
 
Contract: To live in the Campus Residence Hall, a rental contract must be signed.
